The Nkandla Case: Members of the Law Faculty Weigh In

After yesterday's landmark judgment in the case of Economic Freedom Fighters v Speaker of the National Assembly and Others; Democratic Alliance v Speaker of the National Assembly and Others [2016] ZACC 11, more commonly known as the Nkandla case, contributions by several members of the Law Faculty  have appeared in media reports:
